Pilates Mat, Yoga, Barre and Reformer (trainee) Teacher

Jen trained as a dancer so has always had an affinity for movement, but it wasn’t until 2012 that she took the first steps into making it her career when she gained her exercise to music qualification and started teaching Zumba & Body Balance. Adding a Personal Training qualification in 2014.

Jen’s hypermobility caused an injury which led her to discover the amazing benefits of Pilates, which fuelled her passion to share this with others. She has been teaching Mat Pilates since 2015 and qualified through Future Fit.

In 2020 Jen also gained her 200 hour Yoga teacher training and now also teaches Anusara, Hatha & Restorative Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra & meditation.

Jen’s favourite aspect of teaching is helping and supporting others to become happier, stronger more mobile versions of themselves. “It’s so satisfying being able to guide others to live more fulfilling lives through exercise and meditation.”

Jen is passionate about learning and self-development and is currently working towards her Reformer Teacher qualification.

Jen's favourite Pilates exercise is The Boomerang. “I love the huge flexibility and core stability challenge of the Boomerang, plus it’s fun!”
